We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

User Accounts and Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

We will use this data solely to provide our services and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your game data, and we will not use it for purposes outside of our service provision without your consent.

Payment Terms and Billing

Paid services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your chosen plan. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these terms or required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with thirty (30) days' notice. Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of your access to paid features.

Service Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, with or without notice. We may also terminate or suspend your access to our services for violation of these terms, non-payment, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EngageLoop and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in São Paulo, Brazil, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and EngageLoop regarding your use of our services.

Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
